Scope of Work:

· Erosion control measures

· Demo of existing site features; fencing, asphalt pavement, concrete curbing, concrete walks, clearing and grubbing vegetation

· Properly remove, dispose, document 10,000 gal underground fuel tank

· Cut & fill to subgrade

· 60,000 sqft asphalt milling repurposed

· Install 1,083 LF concrete curb

· Install 630 sqft stamped concrete sidewalk

· Install 1,600 ton asphalt paving

· Install 112 LF ornamental fencing

· Install asphalt striping allowing for proper flow of onsite traffic

· Install onsite traffic signs

· Install topsoil, seed & mulch

Smith Site Development LLC was awarded the site package for Oneonta Central School District's 2023 Capital Project Phase II Renovations. Outdated parking lots received full box out allowing for long term continued future use while milled materials were repurposed creating an upgraded staging area for future projects. Playgrounds were expanded giving students more outdoor freedom. Plus, the removal of hazardous underground 10,000 gal fuel tank.
