  • Erosion control measures

  • Demo of existing site features; temp fencing, asphalt pavement, concrete walks, existing dugouts, existing scoreboard, existing bleachers, stripping of topsoil

  • Cut & fill to subgrade

  • Install 1,704 LF of concrete turf curb

  • Install baseball backstop tension netting and wall padding

  • Install softball backstop tension netting and wall padding

  • Install baseball and softball perimeter chain link fencing

  • Install baseball and softball chain link windscreen

  • Install 3,278 TON of gravel blanket

  • Install 4,060 LF of storm drainage piping

  • Install 1,089 TON asphalt paving

  • Install artificial turf on the baseball and softball infields

  • Install 120,765 sqft of SOD

  • Install precast concrete dugouts for baseball and softball fields

  • Install batting cages for baseball and softball fields

  • Install 160 TON of warning track mix at baseball and softball fields

An outdated grass ball field was transformed into a turf baseball and turf softball field.
