· Cut & fill to subgrade

· Install 4,060 LF of storm drainage piping

· Install 3,278 Ton of gravel blanket

· Install 1,704 LF of concrete turf curb

· Install Synthetic Turf on the Baseball and Softball infields

· Install 120,765 Sq Ft of Sod Turf outfields

· Install 160 Ton of warning track mix at Baseball and Softball fields

· Install Baseball & Softball backstop tension netting and wall padding

· Install Baseball and Softball perimeter padded chain link fencing

· Install Baseball and Softball chain link windscreen

· Install precast concrete Dugouts for Baseball and Softball fields

· Install batting cages for Baseball and Softball fields

· Install 1,089 Ton asphalt paving
