MAINE ENDWELL TRACK & FIELD

Smith Site Development was awarded the site package for the Maine Endwell Central School District 2022 Capital Improvement Project replacing the worn existing resilient track and turf field. This sports complex was brought to life, including one-of-a-kind color schematics creating state of the art multipurpose field and track facility. Work started beginning in April 2026 and was completed the middle of August 2026 in time for the start of fall sports.

· Demo 57,125 SF of existing resilient track surface & perimeter fencing

· Demo existing turf infill and turf

· Demo existing long jump, triple jump pits and water hydrant

· Mill 1.5" depth of the existing track surface

· Clean, patch, prep the existing track asphalt binder course

· 4,500 LF crack seal and install crack membrane on the existing track asphalt binder course

· Remove and paint field goal posts

· Provide and install new yard hydrant

· Install new endline ball safety netting

· Fine grade 81,340 SF of the existing turf field gravel blanket

· Provide and install 80LF of future use conduit runs from outside of track to turf field

· Inspect 1,034 LF of existing storm drainage

· Installed new long jump and triple jump pits

· Provide and install 1,932 LF new track perimeter fencing

· Installed 81,340 SF new multi-purpose turf

· Installed 798 Tons track asphalt

· Provide and install 2 color high end encapsulated Beynon BSS 300 Synthetic Track Surfacing System
