    Scope of work:

  • Erosion control measures

  • Demo of existing site features; fencing, asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing vegetation

  • Remove topsoil and screen onsite

  • Cut & fill to subgrade

  • Excavate 5,000 CY of earth to create retention area at Morgan Rd Elementary School

  • Install underground stormwater detention system

  • Install 1,900 LF of underground stormwater piping

   

  • Install new fencing and gates

  • Install 270 LF granite curbing

  • Install concrete foundations and structural steel for bleacher addition

  • Install 8 rows x 138' of bleachers behind the last row of existing bleacher

  • Install 8' x 30' two story press box with two sets of stairs to upper floor

  • Install 3 prefab ticket booths

  • Install 700 ton asphalt paving

  • Install topsoil, seed & mulch

Liverpool Central School District selected Smith Site Development LLC  to expand and update their stadium. Poor drainage conditions were alleviated with newly installed storm piping, structures, underground water retention and retention ponds. The existing press box was relocated onsite, thus allowing for the expansion of  bleacher seating and the installation of the new double decker press box all completed on time for the 2025 sports season.
