· Remove topsoil; screened on site 1,800 cy

· Cut & fill 9,000 cy to subgrade

· Excavate and Backfill Hotel foundation

· Prep subbase for Hotel Concrete floor

· Installed Utilities

• Underground stormwater drainage with concrete structures

•Sanitary Sewer and Pump Station

•Water line (Fire & Domestic)

• Electric Conduit
