Utica Charging Station EV

Smith Site Development LLC was requested to transform a former Postal Service gathering vehicle parking lot into a larger efficient electrical vehicle charging station. Besides installing to precise electrical standards, a full boxout was required with new underground storm water management systems.  Replacing with Heavy Duty Asphalt, specialized electric conduit boxes, and heavy-duty concrete filed  steel sleeved bollards. And forming a pouring a electrical generator pad. As well as, including extensive concrete curbing and sidewalks to employee entrances.

Install Erosion Control

  • Mill Existing Asphalt                  106,894 sf

  • Box out Parking Lots                  5,128 cy

  • Install Underground Electric                 1,280 LF

  • Install Storm System CB’s & Piping

  •  Form and Pour Concrete

    • Heavy Duty Transformer Pad

    • Sidewalks         2,354 sf

    • Curb     420 LF

    • Stanchions for EV Stations  30 Total
