Owego Apalachin Tennis Facility | Owego, NY
Smith Site Development was chosen to provide site work for Owego Apalachin School District’s most recent tennis project. The job includes seven new outdoor tennis courts. Three courts will include pickle ball lines. The new courts were constructed during Summer 2023 and completed on time for the fall tennis season.
Scope of work:
Remove existing fencing and tennis netting
Remove existing pavement and subbase
Box out new asphalt walkway to tennis courts
Install drainage stone and proper drainage
Install concrete maintenance strip @ perimeter
Install asphalt subbase, asphalt binder, asphalt top
Install new tennis nets and posts
Install new perimeter fencing with wind screen
Topsoil, seed & mulch
